Our Pre-College STEM courses offer academic enrichment courses developed with Tulane faculty and taught by highly qualified instructors for middle and high school students. The courses are tailored to their needs and explain complex concepts in a practical, understandable way for this age group.

High school students looking for a more advanced experience can apply for our college-credit courses, designed for students in 11th and 12th grade with a strong interest in the sciences, engineering, and mathematics. These programs are taught by Tulane science and engineering faculty and graduate students. Students benefit from experiencing the challenge and rigor of college-level academics while still in high school.

Our STEM courses focus on an array of disciplines, including environmental science, computer science, robotics, engineering, physics, biology, and health sciences. Students participating in our college-credit courses have access to Tulane facilities, where they conduct lab work and research.
